Andy Moon is an entrepreneur currently exploring new social enterprise ideas related to climate change. Andy has spent the last year investing in early-stage startups as a Venture Partner at Vas Ventures. Previously he started YC-backed SunFarmer, a social enterprise focused on bringing solar energy to the developing world. SunFarmer has scaled to 35+ employees, is profitable, and will generate $4 to $5M in revenues in 2020. Earlier in Andy's career, he raised over $200M in debt and equity financing for solar energy projects in the US and Europe and worked on sustainability projects as a consultant at McKinsey. He graduated from Stanford University and was named a 2016 Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.
